All in Texas Local
We sat down with Skate Parks of Dallas and asked them about the new Dallas skatepark and the promised-since-2004 skatepark in Garland, Texas.
A couple weeks ago, I got the opportunity to sit down with Tammy Hooker and Mary Jacobs who run the fantastic Plano Podcast. As you may have guessed, the show centers around Plano, Texas and the things that makes that city so damn special. Tammy was a fantastic host to converse with as was Mary who is the show’s producer.
A few weekends ago, my wife and I decided to travel up into the Texas panhandle. Last year, we visited Denver for her birthday, so this year on her 30th, we bought 2 nights at a hotel in Amarillo, Texas and spent a day exploring and hiking Palo Duro Canyon State Park.

Provide affordable music for filmmakers of all kinds.
Are you a Dallas resident? If so, you may or may not have heard of the Trinity River Audubon Center situated 10 miles south of downtown Dallas. I only recently discovered it a few years ago even though it’s been around since 2008. It boasts as the largest urban hardwood forest in the entire United States and is home to an extensive array of plant and animal species.
This past weekend my girlfriend and I had planned to go to the Fort Worth Zoo, but quickly decided against it once we got there and saw a cluster of kids and the absence of parking spots. We decided to find custard, coffee, and eventually a hiking trail. Little did we know that this path would be one of the best trails we've walked in the DFW area. Let's talk about the Marion Sansom Park trail.
