It was just announced that Tony Stark will be in Spiderman: Homecoming. This solidifies that Marvel and Sony Entertainment will continue to team up for future movies, involving both of their properties. Ironman's impact on the film hasn't been confirmed yet, but I would imagine it will be more of a mentor-type role and he won't be in the movie a lot. This would make sense, as they have to show that Spiderman can hold his own. Now, I just wish Fox would make a deal with the Fantastic Four and X-Men Franchise, because technically, they can still all exist in the same timeline with the stories they both have going.
